1. Grant of License
This license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased Tarte templates for personal or commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale of the templates themselves is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the templates belong to Tarte. This license does not transfer ownership of any rights to the Licensee.
3. Usage Restrictions
The Licensee may not use the templates in any way beyond the scope of this license. Creating derivative works for resale or redistribution based on the templates is strictly forbidden.
4. Disclaimer
Tarte makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability of the templates for any specific purpose. The Licensee assumes all risks associated with using the templates.
5. Termination
Tarte reserves the right to revoke this license at any time without notice if the Licensee violates the terms of this agreement.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Korean courts.
